The Georgian National Centre of Manuscripts is a repository of ancient manuscripts, historical documents, early printed books, rare publications and heirlooms, as well as the private archives of eminent public figures located in Tbilisi. The centre was established on 30 June 1958 based on the collection in the Department of Manuscripts at the Georgian National Museum.
