Khulo is the administrative center of Khulo municipality. It is situated in the Adjaristskali Georgia, on Akhaltsikhe-Batumi road, 923 meters above sea level and about 88 kilometers from Batumi. There are administrative, cultural, educational and health care institutions, small enterprises in the town.
